Terms of Service

By entering a design partnership or otherwise using Brian Asset Intelligence, your organisation agrees to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Brian Asset Intelligence holds an asset's design case, contracts, telemetry feed, and settlement statements against one another, and grades what happened against what was contracted. It is provided as a design-partner enterprise service for solar and storage portfolios in the NEM and GB markets.

Your organisation is responsible for maintaining the security of its account credentials and for the accuracy of the contract, design, and asset data it provides or authorises Brian to pull in.

You own the contract, design, telemetry, and settlement data you provide to Brian. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over it. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled.

You agree not to:

• Use Brian to store or distribute illegal content
• Attempt to access another organisation's data
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
• Use the service in any way that could harm its availability for others

Brian Asset Intelligence is provided “as is”. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the service at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brian Asset Intelligence and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Either party may end the design partnership by contacting the other. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access that violates these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Brian Asset Intelligence after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
