Privacy Policy

Brian Asset Intelligence is an enterprise product for solar and storage asset owners. As part of onboarding a portfolio, we store:

• Asset design and configuration data (design case, equipment specifications, commissioning records)
• Contract documents and the obligations extracted from them
• Telemetry and SCADA feed data for connected assets
• Settlement statements and market/dispatch data
• Design partner account and contact information

Data is contributed by your organisation or pulled from sources you authorise (e.g. a telemetry provider, market operator, or asset management system).

Your data is used solely to provide the Asset Intelligence service:

• Comparing what an asset was designed and contracted to do against what its telemetry and settlement records show
• Generating the weekly report and obligation tracking
• Supporting your team's queries about a given asset

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data to train AI models. We do not share your data with third parties except as described below.

Brian Asset Intelligence uses the following third-party services to operate:

• Supabase — database hosting, authentication, and file storage
• Vercel — web application hosting
• Resend — transactional email delivery

Each design partner's portfolio data is isolated from every other partner's. No other organisation can see your assets, contracts, or reports.

Your portfolio data is stored for the duration of your design partnership. If you want to delete your data or end the partnership, contact us at hello@imbrian.io.

Brian Asset Intelligence uses essential cookies for authentication session management. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies.

You have the right to:

• Access the data Brian stores about your portfolio
• Request correction of inaccurate contract or asset data
• Request deletion of your data on ending the partnership
